The following document sets out the terms and conditions which apply to the sale of goods from our website www.nigelhallmenswear.com and www.nigelhallmenswear.co.uk. When you make a purchase through our website you are agreeing to the terms and conditions, therefore we advise you to take time and read them carefully. Nigel Hall Menswear reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time.
1. Information about our website and goods We try to make sure all information on the website is accurate and correct at all times. Any information errors will be resolved as soon as possible and we shall not be held liable for any errors on the website. Please bear in mind that buying our goods over the internet is different from shopping in a Nigel Hall bricks and mortar store Be aware of the following: · The colours which are shown on the website will depend on numerous factors including your display settings. · All sizes and measurements are approximate · All delivery times are estimates · Goods are subject to availably and we will not be able to fulfil your order. You are fully responsible for ensuring that your login, password and other details relating to your account remain confidential. 2. Making a purchase When making a purchase through our website you will be guided through a series of instructions. On receipt of your order we will send you an email acknowledgement stating the details of your order. This will include the value of your order that will be debited from your credit/debit card. Please note that this email is only to acknowledge that your order has been received and is not acceptance by Nigel Hall Menswear of offer to purchase the goods. Our acceptance of the order will be considered when we send you an order despatch email and payment taken from your credit/debit card only when we know we have the goods in stock. We may not accept your order for the following reasons: · The item is out of stock · Authorisation for payment is declined · A product error including an incorrect price Nigel Hall Menswear Ltd reserves the right to refuse any order prior to acceptance.
3. Price and delivery All prices are shown in sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. All deliveries outside the UK may be subject to duty taxes. Nigel Hall Menswear shall not be held responsible for such charges. You are solely responsible for these charges. Delivery times may be delayed as a result of goods being held at customs while the necessary duty charges are paid. We shall not be held responsible for such delays. We ship to the following countries: Channel Islands, England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Southern Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Hong Kong, Kuwait, Mexico, Monaco, New Zealand, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, Switzerland, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, USA. Our chosen carrier is DHL express but from time to time we may ship your goods using an alternative carrier. If this happens we will email you with all the relevant details. Our aim is to ship your goods in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. The delivery charges are as follows, £6 for UK addresses, £10 for Republic of Ireland, £15 for EU orders and £30 for international orders. You can track your parcel by entering your tracking reference into the DHL website. We shall not be held responsible for any delays to your parcel being delivered.
4. Returns Customer satisfaction is a priority at Nigel Hall Menswear. If you are not satisfied with your order you can at any time within 14 days of receiving the good from us return them for an exchange or refund, providing the goods are unworn and in perfect condition, with all original tags still attached together with original packaging. We do not accept returns to any of our Nigel Hall Menswear stores or concessions. To return an item(s) please follow the steps shown below:
4.1 Fill in the returns form including your name, address, order number and reason for return. Please note if you do not fill in the order number the refund or exchange may take longer to process.
4.2 Enclose the returns form with the goods in a secure and well protected parcel.
4.3If you are living within the UK take your parcel to the post office and obtain a proof of posting certificate. If you do not live within the UK please take your parcel to a trusted courier again ensuring you obtain proof of posting. It is your responsibility to make sure the parcel is returned to our returns department in the condition you received it. Keep the posting certificate until you have received the refund into your bank account.

5. Legal ownership of items Nigel Hall Menswear retains the right to legal ownership of the items until full payment has been made by you and payment has been received by us. Where is refund is applicable the legal ownership of any items revert back to us.
6. Copyright This website is owned by Nigel Hall Menswear limited. All content available on the website is the property of Nigel Hall Menswear and is protected by UK and international laws. The reproduction of any part of this website is strictly prohibited without prior permission from a Nigel Hall Menswear director.
